Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• The product must not have been washed, worn, or had its original packaging removed or damaged.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags are not eligible for a refund.

How to Return

• Package Your Item: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during shipping.
• Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Inspection & Refund: Once received, your return will be inspected. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.

Important Information

Personalized Items: Custom jerseys cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Team Changes: We do not accept returns due to player transfers, number changes, or badge updates after printing.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lost Returns: All Teams Jersey Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

Return Abuse Policy
